Shipping
We strive to ensure that our postage costs only pay for the cost of postage and packaging. We have no intention of charging you more than necessary to deliver your items to you in prime condition. We do only add the price of a box and packaging to the postage costs.
Please advice us when placing your order if there is any time when we cannot delivery to you.
For some of our items you will have a choice of postage options. Please select the most appropriate for you. Some of the larger items will only offer Special Delivery to ensure that your goods are fully insured in transit.
We will inform you when your goods have been dispatched and would be grateful if you could let us know when you have received them.
Please note that if your parcel goes missing we can only track special delivery items. For recorded (1st and 2nd class) items Royal Mail will not take any action till the item has been missing for 15 working days. If you have not received your item within 2 - 4 days please contact us and let us know. If the item is not urgent we would ask you to wait the 15 days at which point we will establish your item as officially missing and dispatch replacement items straight away. If your item is required urgently please let us know the date you need your item for.
