- Shipping & Delivery
- We strive to ensure that our postage costs only pay for the cost of postage and packaging. We have no intention of charging you more than necessary to deliver your items to you in prime condition. We do only add the price of a box and packaging to the postage costs.
Please advice us when placing your order if there is any time when we cannot delivery to you.
For some of our items you will have a choice of postage options. Please select the most appropriate for you. Some of the larger items will only offer Special Delivery to ensure that your goods are fully insured in transit.
We will inform you when your goods have been dispatched and would be grateful if you could let us know when you have received them.
Please note that if your parcel goes missing we can only track special delivery items. For recorded (1st and 2nd class) items Royal Mail will not take any action till the item has been missing for 15 working days. If you have not received your item within 2 - 4 days please contact us and let us know. If the item is not urgent we would ask you to wait the 15 days at which point we will establish your item as officially missing and dispatch replacement items straight away. If your item is required urgently please let us know the date you need your item for.

- All customer details are kept strictly confidential and any information collected by us is used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your details will be in no way used for marketing purposes.We do not hold credit/debit card details and we process your card orders under the strictest security. All details are encrypted both during and after card processing.
- Returns & Replacements
- In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase or the colours are not a match for your theme then we will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your product.We will offer a full refund of the item but will not refund or cover postage costs.The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.The item is your responsibility until we accept return of the item.We strongly recommend you return the item recorded delivery as then it can be tracked.The item must be clearly unused as we receive it back.The address to send your item/items back to is ..C&L Floral Designs2 Farrington CloseLincolnLN6 OXH
- Sample Products
- . When we get asked for an arrangement that we don't have on site we offer to make one up. We will then take a photo of and email to the customer. All we ask in return is to be notified whether the arrangement is required or not within seven days. After seven days if we have not heard from the customer we will then place the arrangement on sale. We have decide to put a time limit on as we have held arrangements for 2 months and more in the past and then found they were not needed.
